1) Office Administrator (Shanghai)JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage daily administrative functions of 5-10 person office, Comfortable with multitask responsibilities. Warm interpersonal skills, with professional approach to business.
Provide admin support for sales team
Communicate with foreign partners daily
Communicate with branch offices daily
Communicate with Chinese customers/suppliers
Maintain files for trades & Follow UP where necessary
Deal with all aspects of office admin
Prepare monthly financial information on time
Qualifications:
Graduate-majored in International Trade or English
Good confident spoken/written English, Korean language skill is a plus
Minimum 1 year experience office administration
2) Project Manager (Shanghai)
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Cover relevant market and report the market feedback to the company
- Establish and maintain good relationship with customers
- Responsible for the project negotiation and project management
Wanted qualifications & skills:
- Excellent cooperation and communication skills
- Direct sales experience and skills in marine equipment is preferable
- Social and positive attitude
- Genuine interest in sales and customer service
- Reliable and loyal
